1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to SZNS, a fantasy sports platform operated by Applied Method, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We will terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@applied-method.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Virtual Currency

SZNS uses a virtual bankroll for fantasy sports entertainment. No real money is wagered, won, or lost. Virtual balances have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real currency.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service
• Exploit bugs or manipulate game mechanics for unfair advantage
• Use offensive or misleading usernames or profile content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Applied Method, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPLIED METHOD, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

We are not liable for loss of virtual currency, account data, or service interruptions.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Applied Method, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us at support@applied-method.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and any virtual balances are forfeited.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notice or by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
